Kath Tetley is the Head Coach of the Scottish Thistles and Netball Scotland’s Performance Director. Fresh off a successful commonwealth games campaign she originates from Australia with Scottish heritage, Kath took up the role in September 2024, relocating to Scotland after an extensive career in high-performance netball.

Kath brings more than two decades of experience across Australian netball, having held senior coaching, leadership and performance roles with organisations including the NSW Swifts and GWS Fury. She has coached within the NSW state pathway, including the 2022 national championship-winning 17U programme, and has played a significant role in the development of athletes and high-performance environments.
