We've made buying group tickets easier than ever
We know all the strains and stresses of organising a group trip to watch a netball game (especially on the main organiser), and we’ve been working with our ticketing platform Fanbase to make buying group tickets as simple and straight forward as possible, reducing the time and workload of the lead booker.

Group tickets are available on bookings of 10 or more, and you will save 20% compared to individual prices.
We now have 3 options available when booking your group tickets:
Option 1:
Set up an allocation with an exclusive link for people to book their own tickets
This is our easiest and less time consuming way to organise group tickets, especially for larger groups.
Once you provide us with your details, we will set up a personalised link to your seating allocation, that you can send out to other people in your party to book themselves.
All the people in your group will simply need to click the link, select their seats in your designated area and checkout on Fanbase.
When you first go on to the link, if you have opted for it be to password protected, you will need to enter the password first.
You will then see a similar personalised form to below, where you will find your group logo (if provided), group name, any additional info and details of the 20% group discount.
When you click ‘select seats’ you will then be taken to a seating map.
You will be able to see your reserved area (in your club/group colours) and your group will only be able to book a seat in this area.
If you decided to limit how many tickets one person can purchase, once they hit their limit (2 in the below example) then they will not be able to select any more tickets.
Once the seats have been selected, you can check out on Fanbase as normal, with the 20% group discount appearing in the basket at checkout.

Option 2:
Send an invoice for the full amount and send all tickets to the lead booker
If you select this option, we will allocate your seats in Fanbase and generate an invoice directly to you.
Once the invoice is paid using the payment link, your tickets will be automatically released to you and will appear in your Fanbase wallet.
You will then be able to click the ‘share tickets’ button in the app to distribute the tickets to the rest of your group.
Option 3:
Send an invoice for the full amount and send tickets individually to each person
If you select this option, we will generate an invoice to you from Manchester Thunder.
We will also request for a document containing the following for each person in your group:
– Name
– Email Address
– No of Adult Tickets
– No of Junior Tickets
Once the invoice is paid (via bacs or bank transfer) we will then send the tickets to each person individually via Fanbase so you don’t have to do it yourself.

Please note, for tickets at the M&S Bank Arena, there will be a venue levy charge of £2.75 applied to each ticket. This is a fee applied by the arena and is unfortunately outside of our control.
