Elia is a versatile defender for Manchester Thunder, able to cover GK, GD, and WD with confidence.

A product of Thunder’s pathway, she first joined the senior squad in 2021 and has since established herself as a resilient and reliable presence in the defensive unit.

After suffering an ACL injury that ruled her out in 2022, Elia worked tirelessly to return stronger and quickly re-earned her place in the side. Her commitment and performances were recognised with selection to the England Future Roses programme in 2024.

Elia brings height, athleticism, and sharp game awareness to the circle. She is known for her ability to shut down attacking options, adapt to multiple defensive roles, and bring calm composure under pressure.

Away from the court, Elia balances her netball career with a professional role in recruitment.
